Sexual dimorphism in interconnection between the level of transcriptional activity of ribosomal genes and morphophysiological traits in human

Study the functional effect of nucleolus organizer regions (NOS) of chromosomes on the variability of certain in human quanttative morphophysiological traits. Age-dependent anthropological, hysiological and cytogenetic traits were age-corrected by using regression model. The study of sexual dimorphism in interconnection between chromjsome functional polymorphism and certain morphophysiological traits. It showed the presence of statistically significant positive intercomnection between the summary activity of ribosomal genes and weight, height, breast girth and diastolic arterial pressure in women and the absence of such relationship in men. The study results| indicate that the functional activity of ribosomal genes in indivi duals of different sexes may exert a modifying effect on the level of expression of a great number of genes determining certain human quantitative traits.
